Dr. Gregory Gale, MD
Psychiatrist
I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions. I specialize in ADHD and anxiety disorders.

I’m passionate about helping people move toward the life they want—whether that involves their work, relationships, family, or physical health.
Approach to Medication
I take a careful and conservative approach to medication, aiming to use the lowest effective dose to manage symptoms and minimize side effects. I value psychotherapy alongside medication, as this combination often provides the most effective and lasting results while reducing the need for higher medication doses.
Offerings:
Medication Management,
Counseling, and Psychotherapy.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Tufts University and obtained an M.D. from Washington University School Of Medicine in Saint Louis. I completed a general psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and also completed a one year fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at the same hospital. Thereafter, I have worked in private practice and within the Mount Sinai Hospital system. At Mount Sinai, I currently hold the positions of Emergency Room Physician and Assistant Clinical Professor.
I have experience treating individuals of all ages and a myriad of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Tourette's Syndrome, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, and addiction. I also have extensive experience in treating psychiatric conditions in those with comorbid medical illness. I will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan that will reduce your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
